Excavation - Instruction

For general instructions, follow these steps:

Dig a hole 20 cm longer, 20 cm wider and 30 cm deeper than the dimensions of the pool basin, place the drainage pipes around the entire bottom and attach them to the drainage well, attention! drainage pipes must be wrapped with fleece and placed on the rubble bed, drainage pipes placed in the rubble are connected to the drainage well, which is placed in one corner of the trench (drainage pipes should be laid with a slope towards the drainage pit) a submersible pump should be placed in the drainage pit / drainage, which will automatically pump out all groundwater that will be collected in the well (insulated! the water pipe from the submersible pump must be connected to a storm pipe or sewer pipe)
spread the non-woven fabric across the bottom on the rubble
10 cm of sand-cement mixture (10: 1 or 8: 2 or 7: 3), moisten with water and compactly compact with a compactor
lay out 10cm mm XPS 200 polystyrene, polystyrene
check that everything is level
lift the pool with a crane and place it in the trench on a properly prepared surface
place concrete blocks under the second step of the pool (measured from the top of the pool) to support the steps and lift them gently
fill 30 cm of pool water
start scattering 30 cm around the pool, sand with cement, moistened with water and thoroughly compacted
again 30 cm of water into the pool and again 30 cm of backfill around the pool
start gluing the hoses, when you get to the skimmer and nozzles, insulate the hoses!
cover the skimmer, nozzles and lamps with sand only, no cement
the entire pool should be covered around

Attention!!!
Beat carefully and pour water over the mixture under each step.
Attention!!!
Make sure that the hoses coming out of the pool do not get submerged when re-sprinkling with sand and cement. You should lift the hose a little with a string attached to the hose, which can be hooked on one of the boards above the ground.

Installation of lamps

Use the clamp ring included with the lamp kit.
Place the clamp on the inside of the pool where the lamps are to be installed.
Use a marker pen to mark the place where you want to cut the hole with a saw, and mark the highest and lowest hole in the ring.
Drill a 9-10 mm hole near the marked ring.
Cut the hole with a hole saw.
Drill two holes, marked with a 7 mm drill bit.
Place the ring and use the screw belonging to it to secure the ring in the two drilled holes.
Drill two other holes.
When installing the lamp, use a mass type mounting adhesive on the aquarium joint, which can now be used under water between the seals.
Thread the cable. Leave a little loose cable so that the bulb can be easily replaced if necessary in the future.
Tighten the seals. Screw on the lamps. FINISHED!!!
Connection to the transformer may only be performed by an authorized electrician.

Installation of a “nozzle” inlet

For the best cleaning effect (circulation), the inlets should be mounted on the opposite side of the overflow chamber (skimmer).
The usual distance from the water surface to the nozzle opening is approx. 30 cm.
Drill a 62 mm hole with a punch.
Use silicone of the type of joint compound in the aquarium, which can be used under water between the seals.
When installing the 1.7 m pipe to the nozzles belonging to this set, TANGIT glue should be used during assembly.
Sand a small amount with sandpaper to obtain a rough surface. Dry the tangit with the spirit.
Apply TANGIT glue generously and fit the parts together. Wipe off any adhesive residue with your finger. Now, “The parts stick together.”

Installation of the skimmer

Mounting the skimmer [overflow chamber] 4-5 cm of the upper edge of the pool to the upper edge of the skimmer.

See description for Lamps.

Pump and filter assembly

The ball valve is installed on the hose coming out of the overflow chamber in front of the pump. The non-return valve is mounted after the sand filter on the hose that goes to the inlet (nozzles).
Use Tangit glue when assembling pipes and connections, as in point 5 and 6 when assembling nozzles.
CAUTION – The pump may only be connected by an authorized electrician.
When filling the filter with sand, make sure to carefully place the clamp ring on the filter before starting it up. Some silicone may be applied to the o-ring, but is not necessary.
The BALL VALVE must be installed before the pump and the CHECK VALVE after the filter on the return line to the pool. If you want to have a heater installed, it should be placed between the filter and the non-return valve.
NOTE – If the pump is above the water surface, install the check valve on the hose from the overflow chamber (skimmer) and the ball valve on the hose coming out of the inlet (nozzles).

CONSTRUCTION CROSS-SECTION

Dosing of pool chemicals

The correct chlorine content should always be between 0.5-1 ppm, mg / l

The correct Ph level should always be 7.2-7.6
All chemicals are placed in the skimmer and dissolve with the circulating water
Water should always circulate when dosing chemicals for approximately 2-3 days
Chemicals must not be mixed with each other
Check the chlorine value and the Ph value at least once a week
Recommended type of chlorine: chlorine added weekly RAINBOW tablets weighing 20 g (56% chlorine, chlorine stabilizer, anti-algae agent, coagulator)
