ORDER, PRICES AND PAYMENT

Each client receives a detailed quote for a selected product. After reviewing the offer and expressing the will to order the product, the customer sends his data and delivery address. The seller creates an order and sends an e-mail to the customer, the order is valid as a purchase contract.

The prices quoted do not include VAT. Additionally, shipping will also be charged. The terms of payment and delivery are specified in the order

THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT

Some of our products: swimming pools, swimming pool roofing, selected swimming pool equipment are custom-made products. The products are manufactured according to the wishes of the customers, which are specified with each order (size, model, color, special preparation for assembly), this also applies to all products that are in stock for immediate delivery.

The customer’s right to withdraw from the contract (withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the customer has received the product or a substantial part of it. If the contract is for a specially manufactured product – or for a product that has been made explicitly personal, the withdrawal period starts from the date of the order.

You have no right to withdraw from the contract if:
The service is launched during the withdrawal period with your consent, the price depends on fluctuations in the financial market, eg Stock, the product, due to its nature, cannot be returned, the seal has been broken on audio or video recordings or computer programs. Sealing also applies to technical seals.

When you exercised your right of withdrawal:
You are responsible for keeping the product in the condition that you received it. You cannot use it, but of course, carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost through negligence, you lose your right of withdrawal.

PRIVATE POLICY

In accordance with the Personal Data Act, they have the right to receive information about you recorded by us. If they are incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. In this case, please contact us by e-mail. “

DELIVERY

The delivery time is stated in the order for each shipping method. If the item has a different delivery time, this is marked next to each item. Uncollected packages

RETURNS

Refunds are made at your own expense, unless the item is damaged or improperly packaged. Returns should be sent by letter or parcel, not cash on delivery. In case of replacement, we pay for a new shipment from us to you.
After exercising your right of withdrawal, you must:
for the item: send it back or return it to us
in the case of a service: keep the material available to us, unless it causes inconvenience to you.
Repayment obligation:
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund you the amount paid for the product as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the date on which we received the product or, if it is a service, a notification that you have regretted it. When you return an item, you must pay for the return yourself. We always bear the costs of returning the so-called Substitute goods.
